I offer individual psychotherapy tailored to your needs and goals.

Short-term therapy focuses on specific concerns such as stress, anxiety, sleep difficulties, life transitions, or coping with a particular challenge, with an emphasis on practical support and skill-building.

Long-term therapy offers space to explore deeper emotional patterns, relational dynamics, and longstanding concerns, supporting more sustained psychological growth and change over time.

Frequency of sessions are typically once a week.

Massachusetts and New York residents only.

Individual Psychotherapy

I offer consultation to expecting parents and to parents of infants and toddlers, with a focus on attachment, early emotional development, sleep concerns, separation anxiety, developmental milestones, and the relational aspects of early caregiving. This work is often short-term and psychoeducational, supporting caregivers in better understanding their child’s emotional needs and approaching early parenting with greater confidence and attunement.

Parent Consultation

Intensive therapy offers more space to deeply explore your thoughts, emotions, wishes, and fears, as well as longstanding patterns that shape your inner life and relationships. This format allows for a more immersive and in-depth therapeutic process.

Frequency of sessions is typically 2–3 times per week and is determined collaboratively based on your needs and readiness for this level of work.

No Surprise Act

In accordance with Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, health care providers are required to offer a Good Faith Estimate to individuals who are uninsured or who choose not to use insurance. This estimate outlines the anticipated charges for services you may receive.

You have the right to request and receive a written Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost for non-emergency services. This estimate may include fees related to your care, such as therapy sessions and any associated services.

Your provider will give you this estimate in writing at least one business day before your scheduled service. You may also request a Good Faith Estimate prior to scheduling.

If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the amount listed in your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the charges. It’s a good idea to keep a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records.

For additional information about your rights under the No Surprises Act, you can visit the federal website, email FederalPPDRQuestions@cms.hhs.gov, or call 1-800-985-3059.
